Olearia was a working farmhouse up until the 1950s, with land put aside to crops and animals, etc

Maintaining the history of the building while also creating a modern functional feel raised it's own problems, etc

2 rental units within the main building that can be let separately or together, with 2 stand alone units to the rear (currently in development).
